With several line-up changes & the untimely death of friend and former drummer, Matt Baker, MOVING ATLAS was blessed to fill his shoes with longtime musician and drummer, Ross Rubio. This would be the start of a new chapter for this Dallas quintet, ultimately leading to the highly-acclaimed EP, 'Elephant Gun,' and an 8th Annual Independent Music Awards nomination for best Metal / Hard Rock song, 'Parachute'. Kick-your-face-in Thrash Metal juggernaut out of NYC, RESOLUTION 15 screamed and rattled out of nowhere with its 2007 self-titled debut, swiftly enthroning itself atop the New York Metal scene.
Their mission is the harsh dissemination of their "egalitarian message of global change," but their medium is, shockingly, guitar-free.
The frenetic overdriven rumbling you will hear is that of electric violins. Fiddles may have found their way into a variety of musical styles, but you have never heard them played like this.
